The Result
The client wanted their team of web developers to learn from ID Fusion and gain some experience as we led them through developing the app.
ID Fusion took a co-development approach to working with the client. We began by creating an application framework that their developers could build mobile apps on. From there we continued to coach, mentor, and support their team to grow in-house skills in mobile development.
We were integrated closely with the client’s team to ensure frequent communication to reduce training and speed up the learning curve. This close working relationship as reduced a great deal of risk on the project and enabled us to finish faster than expected.
